ACTOR Warwick Davis was treated to a spot of sheep racing as he made the most of the town's tourist attractions.
The 44-year-old enjoyed the unusual activity at Cannon Hall Farm during filming for a Yorkshire episode of ITV programme Weekend Escapes with Warwick Davis.
He was joined by his wife Samantha, 43, daughter Annabelle, 17, and 11-year-old son Harrison and the family also spent time at Cawthorne's Maize Maze.
Warwick said: "It's lovely here. There seems to be something for everyone in an amazing environment."This is exactly the sort of the thing we wanted to do as a family and it's a beautiful setting.
"I think the sheep racing has got to be the highlight - I'd never heard of it before."
The TV show, which first aired in April this year, follows the Davis family as they travel to visitor attractions across the UK.
