AN ARMED robber made off with the contents of the till from a Barnsley convenience store after threatening staff with a gun.
Detectives are now investigating the robbery which took place on Lorne Road, Thurnscoe at about 2pm on August 1 (Friday.)
The man robber escaped with the cash from the register - he's described as white, in his 20s and was wearing a distinctive beige/green coloured, oversized, camouflage coat.
Anyone with information should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident 566 of Friday 1 August.
