BARNSLEY has seen a 152 per cent increase in adoption enquiries since the launch of the pioneering Being Family campaign earlier this year.
The scheme, which has helped to support local authorities' efforts in finding new adopters, aims at busting the myths surrounding eligibility to adopt.
