Self-confessed adrenaline junkie Darren Gough became the third celebrity to crash out of TV show The Jump after going head to head with Olympic rowing champion Sir Steve Redgrave.
The pair had produced the slowest times in a skeleton competition in the Channel 4 programme which sees a host of celebrities take part in winter sports.
The two with the slowest times then take part in the a ski jump to stay in the competition.
Sir Steve jumped a distance of 14.5 metres, beating Darren's 12 metres.
Darren said he was looking forward to the skeleton, but admitted it had left him feeling nervous.
He was told he had hit the sides too many times in practice runs but said he had enjoyed the experience because of his love of speed.
After hitting the ice at the start of his final run, he improved his course but his time of 47.418 put him in last place.
Sir Steve, who was told his height of 6ft 5ins was a major disadvantage, recorded a time of 45.786 seconds, which put him second from bottom.
Former England cricketer Gough said he was looking forward to enjoying some Laurent Perrier Rose champagne and putting ice packs on his injuries.
