FORGET sports cars, stretch limos or vintage vehicles - when Takisha Meadows was asked how she wanted to get to her school prom there was only one choice.
She wanted to be driven to the prom by her dad Paul in his £97,000 Truswell Haulage truck.
Paul, 41, admits at first he feared he might not be able to fulfil her dreams.
"In the long working history of Truswell Haulage in Dodworth no-one has ever been granted permission to use a company truck for personal reasons," he explained.
"But when Ian Truswell heard of my request he very kindly agreed to me chauffeuring my daughter to her end of school prom.
"There were all kinds of flash vehicles at Rogethorpe Manor near Pontefract when I pulled my truck into the grounds. But I have to say my truck got the most oohs and ahhs."
