Higham residents' anger at bid to use green belt land for business

People living on Welland Court, Avon Close and St John's Avenue had leaflets pushed through their door on Saturday warning them the council had earmarked fields behind their homes for employment use - thought to be business units.
The proposals are part of the council's draft local development framework plans for the borough.
