CHRISTMAS came early for a Cudworth family who won a confectionery company’s national competition.
Cadbury stopped off at Lesley Dyson’s home on Firth Avenue on Monday, bringing her wish of creating a white Christmas for her two grandchildren, Logan Dyson, three, and Shannon Morrall, ten, to life.
Real snow was placed on the home’s garden and decorations were put up by the team from Cadbury - before the kids arrived for their surprise.
Lesley, 55, said: “It was absolutely beautiful, I entered a competition on Cadbury’s Facebook page a few weeks ago as they were wanting to make people’s Christmas wish come true.
“I never expected to win and I couldn’t believe it when they turned up to transform the garden and bring my wish to life. The children loved it, they had such big smiles on their faces.”
