Chelsea striker Ike Ugbo has returned to his parent club.

The 19-year-old has struggled to secure a regular starting spot for the club in his five months at Oakwell and has returned to London.

Ugbo's England youth colleague Harvey Barnes was recalled by his parent club Leicester City earlier this week.

Ugbo made 18 appearances for The Reds, scoring once in the 3-0 home victory over Sunderland.

His departure leaves Barnsley with only two recognised strikers in Tom Bradshaw and Mamadou Thiam.
