The man, described as Asian, in his late 40s or early 50s, with dark grey medium length hair and grey sideburns, reportedly grabbed an 18-year-old woman in the groin area after blocking her path and exposing himself on Sunday June 23, on a footpath behind Cortonwood Drive, Brampton.
The woman fled and the man, described as being of a skinny build and 5ft 10 inches tall, walked away in the opposite direction.
The second incident, on Saturday June 29, saw the man expose himself to two 14-year-old girls on a footpath between Cortonwood Drive and Wynmoor Crescent, following the girls for a short distance before turning away.
In the second incident, the man was wearing a bright orange polo shirt with a small collar and three-quarter length dark denim shorts.
Police believe these incidents may be linked and are asking for anybody with information who may have seen what happened or can identify the suspect to contact them on 101 quoting incident number 603 of June 23, or 682 of 29 June 29.
