The 28-year-old man had been warned on three occasions by police after leaving his home with no reasonable excuse.
PC Bev Frisby said: “The man, who has been spoken to by officers on three separate occasions, has continued to leave his property without reasonable excuse.
“This left officers with no choice but to issue a fine.
“We will be monitoring compliance going forwards and deal with any further breaches accordingly, this may result in further fines which will double in cost on each occasion.
“We would like to thank members of our community for bringing these breaches to our attention and hope this provides some reassurance that action will be taken against those who continue to ignore our advice.
“Please continue to report breaches through the online portal and not via 101.”
