A BARNSLEY hairdresser has been nominated for an award in recognition of its customer service.
Staff at Adele Jones Hairdressing, Eldon Street North, have been nominated for a second time in the National Salon Business Awards.
Last year they were nominated for the same award in the customer Salon Category and travelled to London for the awards ceremony.
“It’s fantastic to be nominated again,” said Adele’s husband and business partner, James Murphy. “Customer service is something we really pride ourselves on and we have put a lot of effort and training to help our staff improve their skills.
“We are down to earth people and I think people respect that and come back to the salon time and time again.”
The salon was forced to close in March to adhere to government advice and social distancing guidelines, James said that when the salon reopens, they will continue to provide friendly customer service.
The National Salon Business Awards are due to take place in London later this year.
