STAFF at Worsbrough Mill have hit a new record by milling almost 24,700kg of flour since April.
The team, headed by Simon Dodd, have had to increase their flour production since lockdown began due to the high demand shown by residents from across the borough.
A spokesperson said: “Over the past few months we have been working hard to increase our flour production at a time when it has been needed most.
“We have reached a new record and milled almost 24,700kg since April.
“Our amazing team here at the mill will continue to produce our organic flour for everyone to enjoy.”
