FELLOW scooter enthusiasts formed a poignant escort for a popular Barnsley man’s funeral procession.
Colin Chase, who died aged 59 on October 8, was a Dearne Valley Scooter Club stalwart who attended rallies in this country and abroad.
Various scooter club members rode with the cortege, passing his home on Church Street, Darfield, on the way to Barnsley Crematorium on Wednesday.
Colin, who worked for Northern Rail before retiring through ill health, leaves wife Karen, sons Matthew and Craig, sisters Sylvia and Rita and brother Brian.
