ALMOST 40 people died with Covid in Barnsley in November.
A total of 39 residents died within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test, bringing the total number of people to 950.
On November 12 five residents died with the virus.
Barnsley’s death rate is still the highest in the country at 383 per 100,000 residents.
