DARFIELD girls Katie and Amy Nadin are now officially ‘professional YouTube stars’.
Katie, ten and Amy, eight, have about 15,000 fans on their Facebook page Katie and Amy’s Adventures and some of their YouTube videos shared through the page have been seen more than 50,000 times.
As a result they now have their own £700-a-year sponsorship deal and they have started to receive advertising revenue, about £200 so far.
“They started the YouTube channel just to share videos with their friends, but it just became huge, and they’ve got thousands of fans all over the world,” said dad Matt, 36, of Coronation Street, Darfield.
Their latest project is to make a collaborative video with their fans in all corners of the world which they hope will break a Guinness World Record.
