AN APARTMENT block which stood part-built for six years is expected to be completed this summer.

Work is well underway on the Skyline development, formerly the City Reach building, with work now starting on the seventh floor.

The development, at the junction of John Street and Burleigh Street, near Morrisons, was abandoned at the height of the recession but bought by Superior Living Limited for £375,000 in 2013.

There will be 13 apartments on each floor.
