POLICE arrested two people following the theft of a car in Thurnscoe.
A man and a woman were arrested in Goldthorpe on Saturday after they were stopped by officers for driving a vehicle that was reported stolen from Thurnscoe.
A spokesperson for Barnsley South East Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “The vehicle has been returned to the rightful owner, and the suspects remain in police custody at this time.”
