POP artist Terry Brookes has done it again - he’s come up with another cracker of a card to raise money for a dementia support service.

The self-taught Barnsley artist, 61, is hoping the specially designed Father’s Day cards will raise bags of cash for Barnsley Independent Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support - replicating the success of one he created for Valentine’s Day earlier this year for the charity.

He’s created four different cards - each featuring their own ‘dad’ character.

Terry, better known for his colourful, music-themed pop art featuring the likes of the Beatles and The Jam, got involved with the Valentine’s project through BIADS’ fund-raising co-ordinator and fellow artist, Michelle Clarke Stables.
