A DOZEN young people have been handed behaviour orders in a police crackdown on antisocial behaviour in Kendray.

The troublemakers were responsible for 25 separate incidents in just five days in Kendray - including standing on the roof of Kendray Hospital and urinating on visitors.

There were also reports of bins being set on fire, kids playing ‘chicken’ with buses and pressing the emergency button forcing them to stop, laying in the road to stop vehicles, throwing missiles and intimidation.

The teens had also been throwing firelighters at each other and using them to set bins on fire.

Sgt Ian Bailey, head of a new neighbourhood policing team for Kendray, said 11 youngsters have now been handed unacceptable behaviour contracts and community protection notices.
