BARNSLEY actor Shaun Dooley is staying tight-lipped about the second series of Broadchurch.
The actor, 40, has been sworn to secrecy to such great lengths that his wife is also in the dark and his parents did not even know he was in the show until filming had finished.
"It's like being in MI5. Even my wife doesn't know - she wasn't allowed to see the scripts. Everything is password protected, it was very hush-hush."
Cudworth-raised Shaun plays sinister Ricky Gillespie - father of murdered Pippa - in a storyline running alongside the trial of Joe Miller who is accused of murdering Danny Latimer.
