A GROUP of Great Houghton residents have received help from a local building contractors with filling in potentially dangerous potholes on their road.
Residents of Lister Row were left looking for a solution after Barnsley Council said they couldn't help with the potholes on the private road.
But after residents appealed for help in the Chronicle, W S Contractors in Great Houghton volunteered their services, donating three tonnes of hardcore to help fill in the holes.
