FIREFIGHTERS were called to a street in Wombwell after a car was deliberately torched outside the owner’s house.
The fire, which occurred on Kitchin Road at 3.10am last Friday, saw the car completely burnt out and a nearby window damaged.
Firefighters from Dearne station spent an hour tackling the blaze, which they confirmed as being deliberately started.
