A DARK crusader from a galaxy far, far away marched through the town this week.
Star Wars’ fan Gavin Harrison is walking from Scotland to London dressed as Darth Vader for Children in Need and pounded his way through Barnsley on Tuesday as part of the 400 mile Pudsey’s Imperial March.
Gavin, 39, from Pudsey, was joined by pal Bob Eatwell, 60, on the crusade which saw them march 20 miles to Tankersley via Staincross, New Lodge, Barnsley, Worsbrough and Birdwell after leaving Wakefield on Tuesday morning.
