The company, which manages a property portfolio worth £130m, is based at the Fox Valley development in Stocksbridge, which it developed and operates.

Dransfield has also just taken on its first in-house graphic designer – Rob Coyle, in a new role aimed at helping the firm to manage its external messaging more efficiently.

Roberta Griffin-Pygott has joined as a new legal secretary, and Danielle Barron and Laura Firth have also joined the admin team.

Dransfield Properties develops and manages high quality retail destinations across the UK and manages over 630,000 sq ft. of retail and office space with more than 160 different tenants across all the company’’s centres.

A major refurbishment of the company owned Valley Medical Centre in Stocksbridge is also due to be completed this year and work starts in the autumn on a £50 million town centre scheme for Waverley in Rotherham.

Managing director Mark Dransfield said: “This is a really exciting time for Dransfield Properties and we are delighted to be growing our head office team as we enter one of the busiest periods in our company’’s 26-year history.”
