AN ECCENTRIC politician is calling for Brussels sprouts to be renamed in light of the EU referendum.
Magician and chocolatier Andrew Simpson is the Eccentric Party of Great Britain’s ‘shadow minister for chocolate, sprouts and rhubarb’.
“If we’re not going to be in the EU anymore, we can’t be eating their sprouts can we? We need our own,” said Simmo, as he is known to his friends.
