LIKE father like son - this dad and lad team are all set to represent Britain at the BMX World Championships in Belgium in July.
Rocco Brant, seven, only started riding two years ago but is already gearing up for his second world championship, while Dad Chris, 44, has been riding less than a year.
"I used to race motor bikes and I didn't want Rocco to get into that so I introduced him to BMX and he really took to it," said Chris, of Rimington Road, Wombwell.
They are training every day with a combination of general fitness work and hours spent in the saddle.
"We're pretty excited about the world championships and I reckon that in my category, the 45 and over, I will do OK and Rocco believes he can win."
