HOYLAND Common Falcons football club is all set to create a new team for disabled under 15-year-olds after receiving a £3,000 grant.
The funding has been awarded to the Falcons as part of the Football Foundation's Grow the Game initiative which encourages a healthier, more active community by increasing participation in sport.
Club secretary Adrian Barnard said it had been an ambition for the club to set up a team for young people with disabilities.
The club meets at the old Elmhirst school site in Worsbrough where there are nine football pitches.
