A group of friends will take on three of the highest peaks in Yorkshire to raise funds for a sick toddler.
The ten women hope to raise £5,000 by completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Oliver Field.
Oliver, two, suffers from neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer, and his family is attempting to raise £250,000 so he can undergo treatment abroad.
Fundraising organiser Helena Rooke, 24, from Penistone, works with Oliver's auntie Linda Graham at residential care home Pilling House in Skelmanthorpe.
She said: "We wanted to do something where we didn't have to spend too much money so all the money we raise can go to the charity.
"We're training for it at the moment and we think it will be pretty hard. We'd like to raise £5,000 but if we get more then that's brilliant."
The challenge involves walking up Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales, within 12 hours.
Helena, of Unwin Street, will be joined by Penistone friends Caroline Wood, 23, Clare Rooke, 27, Emma Clarkson, 26, Dawn Windle, 26 and Emma Beever, 24.
Dalton pair Bethany Jordan, 20, and Lucy Ward, 22, and Katy Woolley, 24, and Donna McClure, 27, both from Barnsley, will also be completing the 24.5-mile charity challenge on Thursday May 23.
