PATIENTS at a Barnsley GP surgery are being invited to share their views on future services at the practice.
They are being asked about what changes they would like to see at Lundwood Surgery after it was announced a new provider would be appointed when the current contract expires.
Hill Brow Partnership is currently responsible for delivering GP services at Lundwood Surgery but the contract is due to end on June 30 and NHS England Area Team (South Yorkshire) will soon be looking for a new provider.
The current provider will also be able to bid for the contract.
Patients' views are being sought to make sure the best decision is made.
Copies of the questionnaire can be picked up at the surgery reception, posted out or downloaded at www.engage.england.nhs.uk.
An open event for patients to ask questions will be held on February 2 from 2pm-5pm at the surgery.
