A GREAT-GRANDMOTHER from Barnsley won the hearts of the audience when she appeared on ITV variety show Tonight at the London Palladium.
Betty Jones, 92, was picked by comedian Joe Pasquale on Wednesday night’s episode to try her luck at winning a place in the theatre’s Royal box for the duration of the show.
All she had to do was guess the mystery celebrity guest.
Betty, of Carlton, astounded host Bradley Walsh when she got it right on her second attempt - correctly guessing Mark Labbett, also known as ‘The Beast’ from game show The Chase.
