THE Wharncliffe Arms pub at Carlton is set to be converted into two semi-detached houses.
Approval has been given to Donald Graham to convert the pub and demolish the entrance lobby and rear toilet block.
The building, on Fish Dam Lane, will become one four-bedroom house and one three-bedroom house.
The pub has been closed since early 2014 and the building and land is in a derelict state.
