BARNSLEY will be visited by one of the world’s most recognisable pop stars later this year.
Much-loved star of stage and screen Jason Donovan will appear at the Civic this year as he presents his ‘Amazing Midlife Crisis’ tour.
The show sees Jason celebrating his 50th birthday by inviting audiences to join him in conversation, sharing a wealth of tales zigzagging through his time on Australian soap Neighbours, UK number one debut album Ten Good Reasons and his collaborations with Kylie Minogue, as well as his time spent in the West End and reality television career.
The autobiographical show comes after more than 100 shows around the UK and will see adopted national treasure Jason mix anecdotes with performances of hit songs including ‘Too Many Broken Hearts’, ‘Sealed with a Kiss’ and ‘Especially for You’.
Jason Donovan and His Amazing Midlife Crisis Tour will be at The Civic on Saturday May 4 at 7.30pm.
