THEY went to Birmingham and came home laden with gold, silver and bronze.
That the colour of the medals members of the Katso Kai Karate Club brought home with them after competing in the AKA Kate competition.
Individual golds went to Jessica Stenson and Demi Charlesworth. Jessica also took a silver in the pairs along with Sienna Armstrong.
