For more than 30 years this view of Barnsley town centre included the Kendray Street bridge.
The first piece of visible town centre demolition work was completed last week and has left this new view behind.
By Christmas, the contractor Hague will have completed the demolition of the Central Offices building, changing the skyline of Barnsley forever and creating space for a new temporary market building due to open in spring next year.
