GRAFFITI artist Dave Cross has added a new piece to his urban collection by painting the Barnsley Football Club logo beside the rubble of the demolished Central Offices building in the town centre.
The artwork is has been completed in celebration of the football club’s recent successes, particularly following the victory in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final earlier this month.
The work is on a small wall behind the site of the former Central Offices site.
We have been at the heart of our community, every week, since 1858. The town and its people have changed dramatically since then but the Chronicle has been a constant.
