A LUNDWOOD barber is celebrating 50 years in the same shop.
David Fletcher has been cutting hair for 60 years but moved to his shop in 1965.
He started out when he was 15 at Charles Wilkinson's on Regent Street South where he stayed for nine years. He completed a five-year apprenticeship before moving to Lundwood.
David, 74, still works in the shop two days a week.

Production Editor, Ashley Ball, said: "In an ever changing media world, it’s important that news is reported correctly and without any hidden agenda.
Your support allows us to keep holding decision-makers to account and report on everything that happens in the town, good or bad, fairly."
