A MAN was taken to hospital after being hit by a car over the weekend.
Police were called to Doncaster Road at 10.52pm on Saturday following reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a car.
The pedestrian, a 28-year-old man, was taken to hospital with head injuries.
The injuries are not believed to be serious. The road was closed while paramedics attended to the man.
No arrests were made in relation to the incident.
