TAKE That star Gary Barlow could play at an annual fundraiser in memory of a 17-month-old boy - if a campaigning mum gets her way.

Nicola Richardson has been repeatedly tweeting the singer since he announced he would perform at private functions for three of his fans.

Nicola, 37, from Penistone, wants Barlow to play at Alexander's Charity Ball, held in memory of her toddler who died suddenly in 2007.

She has raised more than £70,000 since she launched the annual ball, first held in 2011, and also shared her story on national TV show This Morning and at 10 Downing Street with the prime minister's wife Samantha Cameron.
