TWO people have been charged with murder following the death of a man who was discovered in a wooded area.
Scott James Dawson, 41, of Allotts Court, Barnsley, and Carol Dawson, 71, of Stonewood Grove, Barnsley, have both been charged with murder.
They have been remanded in custody and will appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
Gary Dean, 48, was found with head injuries and other significant injuies in a wooded area behind Moorend Lane, Silkstone Common, close to the Trans Pennine Trail, on September 6 last year.
