IT’S great to ride your bike to school - especially when there’s somewhere safe to leave it.
And that’s exactly what there is at Shawlands Primary School, Shaw Street, thanks to a new bike shed which was officially opened by MP Dan Jarvis.
The shelter, which can store up to 20 bikes, has been installed at the site thanks to Barnsley Council and cycling charity Sustrans.
