A MEMBER of a pub 'pudding club' is giving up beer for a month to help raise money to pay for a friend to buy a special wheelchair.
Shane Bristow - a member of the Sunday Pudding Club which meets at the Black Bull in Stairfoot - wants to help raise £15,000 for a special electric chair for friend Paul Jennings - known as Jed.
Father-of-one Paul was left paralysed from the neck down in August 2009 when landed badly on his son's trampoline in the back garden.
