A MAN who denies raping a girl under the age of 13 and five counts of sexual assault will appear for trial next month.
Dilbahadur Rayamajhi, 44, of Nicholas Street, Barnsley, pleaded not guilty to the charges, which are alleged to have taken place in the town between 2012 and 2016.
A pre-trial hearing took place at Sheffield Crown Court this week, where he will next appear on January 14.
