Barnsley remain in relegation trouble after throwing away a two-goal lead to draw with Ipswich Town.

The Reds took the lead after twelve minutes when top scorer Chris O'Grady bagged his eleventh of the season, twisting and turning before firing into the far corner.

After the break, Town dominated and went close several times before substitute Tomasz Cywka fired in a free-kick for Barnsley to double their advantage.

It should have been a comfortable win for the Reds but Christophe Berra pulled one back after 81 minutes, knocking in after a weak Jim O'Brien clearance, while Town's top scorer David McGoldrick equalised with a deflected free-kick.

Ipswich could have won it a few minutes later but Jay Tabb flashed wide.

Barnsley are still four points off the drop zone going into next Saturday's crucial derby clash at Doncaster.
