WHEN Jessica Cunliffe was born her aunty bought her a congratulatory balloon - and 21 years later it’s still floating.
Remarkably the balloon has survived despite not only not getting specialist care, but when Jessica’s younger brother Thomas was born 13 years ago he used it as a football when he was a toddler.
The family has moved house three times since the balloon was bought and every time it has gone with them and survived and has remained inflated.

Your support allows us to keep holding decision-makers to account and report on everything that happens in the town, good or bad, fairly."
