BARNSLEY MPs Michael Dugher and Dan Jarvis have highlighted the rising cost of childcare for Barnsley families, which they say has risen more than 30 per cent since 2010.
They have backed Labour's call for free childcare worth up to £1,500 for working parents of three and four year olds.
Barnsley Central MP Mr Jarvis added: "A failure to provide affordable, high-quality, flexible childcare is bad for parents, bad for kids and bad for the country."
