THE town’s very own Celebrity Masterchef star launched Barnsley Hospice’s Big Bake-Off initiative at a Royston school this week.
Sam Nixon backed the fundraising project, which is encouraging schools and businesses to raise as much dough as possible at baking events throughout the month of September when children return from their summer holidays, and visited St John the Baptist Primary to kick-off the campaign.
