PATIENT at Barnsley Hospital was discharged with an undiagnosed brain infection.
The incident is one of 31 serious incidents at Barnsley Hospital between October 1 last year and March 31 this year.
Hospital papers show of these 31 incidents, 13 were pressure ulcers which patients acquired while in hospital.
The largest category was that of missed or delayed diagnosis, which included seven incidents in the six month period.
