A YOUNG Mapplewell dentist has been nationally recognised for his hard work and drive.
Dr Affan Saghir, 28, from Mapplewell Dental Centre, won the award for Young Dentist of the Year- North and Central at the Dental Awards 2018. He was one of ten finalists in the category. To qualify for the category, applicant had to have been qualified for no longer than ten years and no older than 35.
“I am so proud to have won this award and grateful to the whole team for their support and encouragement, which enables me to deliver the high standard of care that our patients have come to expect,” he said.
Dr Saghir has been with Mapplewell Dental Centre since April 2017 and was previously named Young Dentist of the Year in 2016 by MyDentist.
