HE was determined to help others.
So Alex Cook, the youngest man ever to suffer a stroke in Barnsley, had all his long locks cut off last weekend.
Alex, 23, had not had his hair cut since when he suffered a near fatal stroke two years ago.
He decided to have his hair cut to make wigs for boys with cancer who have lost their hair and to also raise money for charity.
