A SUPPLY teacher at a Barnsley school has won an outstanding achievement award for her contribution to the school.
Ellie Gillott’s hard work as a dedicated teacher has been recognised by recruitment company Hays Education.
Ellie started at Horizon community College in February and has made a real impact on her students. She has been a huge help in the performing arts department in helping to cover long term absence, and has formed fantastic relationships with both staff and students.
We have been at the heart of our community, every week, since 1858. The town and its people have changed dramatically since then but the Chronicle has been a constant.
